We continue to predict trends and update taste profiles using experience and culture handed down generations from the East to the West. BLENDING PROCESS
Our plant is fully automated with the capability of processing a wide range of spices in big volumes timeously and efficiently.
We take great pride in assuring all blends meet a specific quality standard, which is analysed with every blend to assure we conform to all international set standards.
We have an experienced food scientist and food technologist on board and this translates to us having the capability to offer products customised to individual customer profiles.
Once blended, the spices are packed to meet international standards with the highest safety requirements.
In addition to the Sachets, we offer Envelopes, Shakers, Grinders, Braai salts, 200 gram Tubs, 50 gram Tubs. They are all packed in-house, reducing our lead times, and allowing us the luxury of meeting any order with no minimum order required.
SAUCES FOR THE SUPERMARKET DIVISION
We boast a very big range of sauces manufactured and packed in house by fully automated machines allowing us to produce any type and quantity needed at competitive prices with a very short lead time. We pack our sauces in various sizes namely, 375ml, 500ml, 1lt, 2lt and 5lt.
Using our very own experienced food scientist and technologist we have the capability to target all market sectors and segments. Due to the closely guarded secret recipes, our sauces are affordable and are penetrating the lower, middle and up market segments at very high growth rates.
BULK DIVISION
Our strength comes from this division where we supply to the butcheries, hospitality & catering industry and industrial Sectors. All equipment is automated and gives us the capability to target these sectors efficiently.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION AND DEVELOPMENT
We develop products that suit specific requirements. This process is carried out by lab testing, reverse engineering or by our team simply listening to a description of what you want, and thus producing a new and improved formula.
HOSPITALITY / CATERING INDUSTRY
We offer a massive range of bulk spices in 25kg and 1kg packs for canteens, restaurants, takeaways, food manufacturers etc.
INDUSTRIAL AND BUTCHERIES
We supply seasoning blends, wet and compound flavours, spices and spice batch packs (We develop exclusive formula for special clients and match any existing formula they have and want at better prices). Lastly for the butchery sector we offer natural casings that are halaal certified – which are imported from different countries in container loads, thereby allowing us to be competitive.
We have 2 Types of casings supplied in different sizes: Calf Runners & Sheep Casing.
